Price by outcomes. No visitors, no bill.
Your price is set by one thing: how many new patient visitors we send to your website from Google or ChatGPT search each month.

How the numbers add up.
The patient figures are a planning model, not a promise. A booked appointment is not a finished implant case, and a practice’s own inquiry and booking rates will differ from these benchmarks.

- 1A visitor is a person who reaches the practice’s website from a search, counted each month in its Google Analytics. The price is flat within a range, and each month is billed at the range the previous month’s visitors fell in.
- 2The range’s minimum visitors multiplied by $8 and by $50 a click. Dentx puts dental implant keywords at $8–$25 a click; KeyGrow puts them at $12–$25 in suburban US markets and $50+ in competitive urban ones. For comparison, LocaliQ measured an average of $7.85 a click for oral-maxillofacial surgery ads (October 2024 – September 2025).
- 3Two published rates multiplied together. Unbounce found that the middle half of dental landing pages turn 2%–8.3% of visitors into an inquiry (median 4.3%). Liine’s 2024 dentistry report, covering about 50,000 US new-patient inquiries from 2023, found 57.1% of inquiries book an appointment. 2% × 57.1% ≈ 1.1%; 8.3% × 57.1% ≈ 4.7%. The low end uses the range’s fewest visitors, the high end its most.
- 4Booked patients multiplied by $4,000, near the bottom of the published value of an implant case: $3,000–$30,000 per Dentx, $5,000–$30,000 per KeyGrow.
- 5If a practice paying $899 gets fewer than 100 visitors from search in a month, we refund that month in full.
